How to Worship

“Don’t burn out; keep yourselves fueled and aflame. Be alert servants of the Master, cheerfully expectant. Don’t quit in hard times; pray all the harder. Help needy Christians; be inventive in hospitality.” Romans 12:12 MSG Bible.

To all my fellow warriors and saints remember the battle is not yours but it belongs to the Lord!

Preparing oneself for ministry. Well actually I should say in God’s preparation to send us into ministry is it’s time to put cute and fluffy things aside.

I have not been hindered because I realize that the timing for all things belong to the LORD!

I have a question are you ready to live for our LORD?

Or is you motivation to help people along the way.

There is nothing innately bad about loving your fellow man but it is not the same as living for our Lord.

Here are some of the pro’s and con’s to both sides.

Most live life solely for themselves so they would benefit by having thoughts for the needs and concerns for others.

Actually we all benefit when we learn to live a life directed by the Holy Spirit.

This is not an either or place to be drafted from.

But the question is motive.

What is your and mine motive for the things we do? Are we seeking admiration? Friends or perhaps meaning in our lives?

Man needs many things, not doubt but a relationship with God is top on the list. If you seek any of these other things first then a call to ministry could be misused.

Glorifying God is not in how many times we post a blog or in how many people that like a Facebook positing.

To glorify God means to give of oneself for the purposes of having HIM (God know) that HE is your most treasured gift no matter what.

Can you remember how good God is when pressure is mounting on all sides?

When I praise GOD it removes me from the pit of myself and gives my soul wings to fly into the holy places and meet GOD there for worship.
